ASR Awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement for Construction Management Services for the White House and President’s Park

ASR International Corporation is an awardee of the U.S. National Park Service's Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide construction management services to the National Park Service at The White House, President's Park. The White House and President’s Park were founded over 200 years ago, and as the home and office of the President of the United States, they have evolved into what are now some of the most recognized building and landscapes in the world.

Under this BPA, which has a 5 year ordering period, ASR will provide construction management services to support restoration and rehabilitation projects for the White House, President's Park, and supporting facilities. Major construction projects supported by ASR may include infrastructure and utilties repair projects, restoration of several historical parts of the White House and President's Park grounds, milling and paving of roadway surfaces, reconstruction of landscape areas, and surveys to verify existing mechanical and electrical equipment and facilities. ASR construction management professionals will perform services including on-site inspection, special inspections, administration of construction contracts, construction management, reviews, analysis, escorting, office services and administration support, and site visits.
